  • What happens if it rains?
Our tents are water-resistant but not waterproof. They are not designed for heavy rain or high winds. We will consult with you the week before the event to assess potential hazardous weather conditions.
  • What are sidewalls?
Sidewalls provide privacy for a tent, extending from the top to the ground. They are made of solid material without windows.
  • What is "Delivery/Pickup Only"?
For Delivery/Pickup Only, we deliver the equipment to a designated area near the setup location, but the actual setup and breakdown are your responsibility. After the event, you need to return the equipment to the drop-off location.
  • What is your rental cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 5 days before the event date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel 5 days or less before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable unless you commit to a new date at the time of cancellation, in which case 50% of the deposit will be refunded, and a new deposit will be required for the new date.
  • What is "Full Service"?
Full Service includes comprehensive delivery and setup of all equipment before your event and complete breakdown and removal right after the event ends. We will consult with you in advance to determine the optimal locations for all the equipment.
  • Can I get Full Service Options and Delivery Only Options together?
For orders we request that you choose one or the other for a single event order date.
  • Do I have to put down a deposit to reserve equipment?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve equipment for your event date.
  • Will my company banner fit on your tent?
Our banner frames are designed to accommodate banners that are 10 feet wide and 2 feet high.
  • Do I need to put weights on my tent?
Weights are often required for pop-up tents at public events in most municipalities. If your event is on grass and there is no weight requirement, stakes can be used instead.
  • Does each tent need four weights?
A standalone tent requires 4 weights, one on each leg. For adjacent tents, one weight can be shared between two adjacent legs.
  • What are your service areas?
We proudly serve areas from Boston up to the New Hampshire border.
